Terms & Conditions

1. Organisers

The Hackathon is organised by PlotSenseAI in partnership with Havilah Academy (“the Organisers”).

2. Eligibility

• Open worldwide to individuals aged 18 years and older, unless prohibited by local laws or sanctions.
• Participants may join individually or as teams (no size limit).
• Following the official PlotSenseAI and Havilah Academy accounts on X, LinkedIn, and YouTube is a condition for prize eligibility. Finalists/winners may be required to provide proof.

3. Registration

• Registration is completed through the official Luma event page.
• Participants must provide accurate information.
• By registering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Duration

• The Hackathon runs from 19 September – 21 October 2025.
• Workshops: 19–21 September 2025.
• Project building and submissions: 21 September – 21 October 2025, 23:59 UTC.

5. Tracks & Prizes

• Track 1 – PlotSense ML: £200.
• Track 2 – PlotSense Dev: £400.
• Prizes are awarded per track, not per individual. If a team wins, the prize must be shared among members.
• Non-cash recognition includes:
  • Spotlight features in PlotSenseAI and Havilah Academy blogs and social media content.
  • Community exposure and networking opportunities.
  • Recognition within the open-source ecosystem.
